Bio: I am a life-long learner, and a mindfulness and movement enthusiast. My goal is to share (and learn from) breath-centric practices that promote healing on both an individual and systemic level – on and off our mats. I believe that reclaiming connection to our bodies is an act of radical self-love, healing, deep understanding of other, and the only path to uplifting our collective.

Bio: Isabel Bagsik (she/her) is a Soulful Brand Designer, Creative Wellness Guide, and 100 hour certified mindfulness meditation teacher. Her mission is about cultivating our birthright of self-love, well-being, and self-expression through story-driven brand design and transformative visioning for compassionate founders. She helps you prioritize the strategies that bring your visionary work to life while honoring your wellbeing in the process. Isabel’s unique methodology incorporates intuitive branding rituals, rest practices, meditation, and original, personalized design strategy. Her love for community work and her 10+ years experience in the design industry designing and strategizing for nonprofits, high profile companies, and your favorite celebrities, has culminated together into helping the collective. Disconnection from the body and spirit has led to too many visionaries burning out before their gifts have been fully realized. Bio: Nia O is a meditation alchemist, sound guide, entrepreneur and wellness facilitator based in Toronto, Canada.Her journey to becoming a wellness guide is rooted in experiencing what it is to be covertly unwell, while needing to operate at a high-level for much of her life - a story far too many Black bodies share.
Having moved through deep adversity, she understands the crucial need for culturally relevant, body-based healing practices.Nia makes it her life’s work to transform her story into practical and accessible healing experiences for those around her.
Nia believes that wellness should not be defined by the agendas of commercial industries, but by the voices of those seeking it. Wellness to her is the experience of trauma informed guidance, bodily autonomy, freedom of expression and being welcomed, wholeheartedly in community.

Population, people and communities you serve: People of color, people who want to live in alignment with their true selves and their purpose.
Bio: Tahara is a learner and a seeker whose life path has led her to the realization that everything we want is already within us. Her core purpose in life is to remind people of this and this guides the work that she does. As a 200 hr RYT certified yoga instructor, she helps people connect to themselves and their innate knowledge through intentional movement & breath. As a 100 hr certified mindfulness and meditation guide, she aims to create safe spaces for people to train their minds in awareness. She hopes to inspire a sense of ease, connectedness, clarity, and peace. Tahara believes in purpose, living in alignment with purpose, and service above all else. She is perpetually learning and expanding so that she can better support and serve her community.

Bio: Jade is a passionate mother, certified doula, yoga teacher, and mindfulness meditation facilitator, dedicated to supporting families in creating deeper, more meaningful connections.With a heart-centered approach to mindful parenting, she helps empower parents to bring more presence, intention, and self-awareness into their daily lives, helping to heal generational trauma and inner child wounds that often shape the way we show up for our children.
Drawing from a rich blend of personal experience and professional expertise, Jade holds a safe, compassionate space where parents, particularly within Black families, can explore the unique challenges and gifts of their cultural heritage. She recognizes that Black families often carry a specific lens of generational trauma and is committed to offering tools that foster healing, break cycles, and promote nurturing, conscious parenting.
Through her work, Jade facilitates practices that help parents cultivate mindfulness in everyday moments—whether it’s through breathwork, intentional movement, or reflective meditation. By embracing these tools, parents can begin to shift from reactive patterns to conscious, intentional responses that honor both their children and their own emotional needs. Jade believes that with more awareness and spaciousness, we can create new pathways of parenting that are healing, empowering, and beneficial for everyone involved. She works with parents to not only heal past wounds but to actively build a foundation of joy, peace, and presence in their homes. Her mission is to guide parents in the process of transforming their relationships with themselves and their children, one mindful moment at a time.
